CONVOCATION

In compliance with the Constitution and By- laws of The Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America (Art. IX, Sect. 25), we hereby call to order the

“St. Dumitru” Church Annual General Assembly, to convene on Sunday, February 06, 2022, 12:00 PM

The following agenda will be presented: 

1. Invocation of the Holy Spirit; 
2. Roll Call of the 2021 membership; 
3. Formation of the Bureau: 1 Secretary; (Secretary of the Parish Council); 2 Tellers for counting votes; 
4. Discussion and approval of oral reports given by: the Parish Priest; the Council President; the Ladies Auxiliary President; the Parish Treasure and Auditors (Financial Report)
5.  Discussion and approval of the projects for 2022;
6. Proposed Budget for 2022; 
7. Election of the 2022 Parish/Mission Council;
8. Election of a Delegate and alternate to the All-American Council 2022;
9. End of the Assembly;
10. Closing Prayer.
